Grand Ngoc Bich hotel

It was very nice and comfortable for the price. The staff were very helpful in booking a tour to ba na hills with pick up from outside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

Sapphire boutique hotel is great value for money. The rooms are basic but well equipped. The bathroom was great with a hot shower, there was a TV and good air con. The photos probably aren’t overly accurate (the pool in particular) but for the price we paid we thought it was really good value for money. We got a grab to most places, although there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a shop just up the road which was really convenient. Staff were very lovely and friendly!

The hotel is very spacious, clean and the service was very good. They gave us everything that we requested and even allowed us to check-in before our allowed time with a minimal fee. They also offered fair pricing in exchange of peso to VND, which is very convenient for tourists. We didn't get to experience the beach, but it's very close to it around 5 minute walk only. The nearby establishments were also helpful for there were convenience stores and local food to try.

Lovely location, amazing Host. Naa was the best host ever, she helped us plan our itinerary for the day and had really good information on the best places to go. Rooms were amazing. Pool was nice.

I like the location of this hotel, it was close to everything by bike, but at night it was calm.
